Calluna vulgaris 'Salmon Leap'
A semi-prostrate plant with light green foliage and coloured tips giving a salmon tinge all over. Pale mauve flowers in late summer.
Suitable for: Lime free soil. Thrives in full sun or partial shade.
Height & Spread: 35cm x 40cm.
Planting: Mix moist moss peat with existing soil before planting deeply then firm in lightly. Water well for first spring and summer after planting.
Flowering time: Late summer.
Care: Water as necessary particularly in dry weather conditions. Trim to base of flower spike after flowering.
