This is one of the strongest smelling varieties available out of the mints.
Position: Plant in a pot, in fairly rich, well-drained, in full sun or shade.
Care: Keep well watered until established and in dry weather. Keep in a pot, as Mint can be invasive. Will die back in Winter and reappear in the Spring.
Harvest: Crop the leaves for fresh use throughout growing season. For drying, harvest before flowering.
Uses: Use leaves with fish meat, yoghurt or fruit. Mint tea is beneficial to aid digestion.
